Look for any recurring elements (i.e., complaints about the service during a specific shift, customers regularly disliking a certain dish, something about the atmosphere or cleanliness, etc.) and decide what needs to be improved upon going forward.

Given the anonymity allowed via social media, there will be many individuals who will take that opportunity to be as unhelpful, hurtful, and vitriolic for one reason or another.
